I disagree, because not all have the same skills and the same economic resources. I think people should not be compulsory because in some cases it happens that there are people who went to college, but they are far better than other professionals who do, just because are more competent or devote much effort. The advantage and disadvantage is that sometimes pay more attention to the title in the skills, but remember that previously showed that the person knew the things he did or said.

I agree, because the evil we do it ourselves and others of the reasons is because we are not engaged and not wanting the job.
